Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Longevity Pulse marketing site at longevitypulse.digitalingres.ro and the Longevity Pulse mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Digital Ingres Solutions S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Longevity Pulse account or to submit personal health information through the audit. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service.

2. Not medical advice

Longevity Pulse is a wellness product. The LP Score, biological age estimate, and any guidance provided are not medical advice and are not a diagnosis. See our medical disclaimer. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions

Longevity Pulse offers Pro and Premium subscriptions billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew at the price listed in your store of purchase. You can cancel at any time from your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the policies of the App Store or Play Store you purchased through.

5. Free trial

New users receive a one-time free trial period (default seven days) starting when they first reach the dashboard after onboarding. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or interfere with its operation, (b) attempt to access accounts that are not yours, (c) reverse-engineer the Service, (d) use the Service to violate any law, or (e) submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, the LP Score methodology, our content, our trademarks, and our software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while these terms remain in effect. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a license to process it as described in our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or to us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
