Request data removal

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to do that and what to expect.
How to request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data removal request". Include:
- The email address associated with your data.
- What you want removed: waitlist subscription, audit responses, full app account, or all of the above.
- A short note confirming the request comes from you (we may follow up to verify).
What we delete
When you request full removal we delete:
- Your email address and any waitlist subscription record.
- Your audit responses and computed LP Score.
- Your mobile-app account, profile, and the health and lifestyle data tied to it (steps, heart rate, sleep, body measurements, biomarkers, food entries, mindfulness sessions).
- Push tokens, device identifiers, and analytics tied to your account.
What we keep
We keep the minimum records required by law (for example, billing and tax records relating to past subscription payments). We also keep aggregated and fully de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you. Backups are rotated and the deletion is enforced on backup restore.
Timeline
We complete data-removal requests within 30 days of verification, in line with Article 12 of the GDPR. We will email you once removal is complete.
In-app deletion
If you have a Longevity Pulse mobile-app account, you can also delete your account from inside the app: More → Account → Delete account. This triggers the same backend deletion and follows the same 30-day timeline.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel your Apple or Google subscription. To stop billing, cancel through your App Store or Play Store account settings before requesting removal.
